The Rochester Americans’ Alumni team will take on the New York State Troopers before at 1:00PM at Blue Cross Arena.  The game is free with a ticket to the Amerks’ home game against the Hamilton Bulldogs which begins at 6:05.

There will be 50/50 raffle tickets and auction items (including a Ryan Miller Autographed Stick).  Donations will also be accepted.

There will be a reception after the Alumni Game (before the Amerks’ game) at Nathaniel’s Pub (251 Exchange Blvd). 

This event is to raise money for the A.J. Sperr Scholarship Fund.  Sperr was killed by a bank robber in March 2006.  The fund is for St. Lawrence Catholic School in Greece, NY.  Sperr and his ten siblings all went to school at St. Lawrence when they were children.
