Jon Landry Released from PTO

Defenseman Jon Landry was released from his PTO contract with the Rochester Americans on Monday.  Landry had a strong preseason and was used in Saturdays home opener because of injuries to Rory Fitzpatrick (still recovering frm sports hernia surgery) and Mike Caruso (bruised foot/ankle).  Fitzpatrick and Caruso are expected back this Friday along with Jason Garrison who has been with the Florida Panthers.

Landry played alright on Saturday and was a +1 for being on the ice killing a penalty when Kenndal McArdle scored a short handed goal.
