The Rochester Americans under Terry Pegula ownership have opened up their suggestion box to tell them what you think.  The topics listed are Arena, Broadcast, Concessions, Game Presentation, Merchandise, Parking, Tickets, Web Site and other.  They did the same thing when they purchased the Buffalo Sabres and changes were immediately seen.  They care about the fans and not only want to make the hockey teams winners but also create a great experience for fans.
We’ve all had our complains in recent years from some of the worst choices in concessions at Blue Cross Arena to the lack of player cards in the team store and annoyances with game day presentations. Â When providing feedback obviously make sure that it’s constructive and not just “parking sucks.”
This Suggestion Box is an effort to enrich the experience of Amerks fans of all generations and therefore please note that any submission made or creative materials offered will become the exclusive property of the Rochester Americans, without further compensation.
Click through the link and fill it up!! Â Also, would be interesting to hear what people are writing.. feel free to leave a comment if you don’t mind sharing. Â When I get the chance to write my own I’ll post them.
Would it be too much to ask of them to have a better presentation of the retired numbers? I mean you can only see them from one side of the arena. Or in cunjunction with the HOF entrants retire Charrons number…I think it is only fitting
Agreed. I know a number of people have made similar suggestions and I’m sure the organization has looked into or will be looking into it.
