Tommy Goebel Released From ATO
Forward Tommy Goebel was released from his ATO today. In five games with the Rochester Americans Goebel scored two goals and three assists for five points. With five points in five games, the Amerks should be interested in giving Goebel a long term look dispite his size.
Tyler Plante Perfect In Shootout To Beat Moose
Tyler Plante stopped five of five shots in a shootout tonight to finally put away the Manitoba Moose 5-4. Drew Larman scored the lone goal in the shootout to put the Amerks ahead.
Amerks Leave Texas With Two More Losses

Defenseman Andrej Sekera has been recalled by the Buffalo Sabres because of their lack of defense since the trade of Brian Campbell. The Sabres now have only seven active players on the Amerks roster…hardly living up to anything they should be doing for their affiliate team.
