Tommy Goebel Released From ATO
Forward Tommy Goebel was released from his ATO today. In five games with the Rochester Americans Goebel scored two goals and three assists for five points. With five points in five games, the Amerks should be interested in giving Goebel a long term look dispite his size.

Peter Aston Reassigned to Everblades
Florida Panthers have reassigned rookie defenseman Peter Aston to the Florida Everblades. The move is being made to qualify Aston to dress for the ECHL playoffs. Aston played 56 games with Rochester this season, collecting 13 points (3+10).
Mike Funk Returned to Amerks
The Buffalo Sabres reassigned defenseman Mike Funk to the Rochester Americans. In four games with the sabres he was -3 with 1 shot on goal. In 61 games with the Amerks he has had 2 goals and 5 assists.
Amerks Pick Up New Defenseman
The Rochester Americans have signed defenseman Paul Baier to an ATO. Baier’s season with Brown University ended recently, leaving him open to play in the AHL.
Yannick Tifu Returned to Dayton Bombers
